Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please note that no refunds are given.

Damaged-Missing-Incorrect Items:

Please contact us at shopjonesonmain@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. No refunds will be given, but we will assist with exchanges where applicable.

Lost Packages:
We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages. Once the package is in USPS/UPS custody, they are liable. All packages are shipped insured. If you have a lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered package, please contact your local USPS/UPS post office to start a claim with them using your order’s tracking number. No refunds or store credit will be given for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable for any reason you will be responsible for exact shipping costs to reship.

Exclusions:

  • No returns for non-damaged items.
  • No refunds. 
  • All sales are final.
